Spring Hill is located about 45 miles north of Tampa, Florida. This community offers a relaxing vacation spot without the commercial tourism of many popular destinations. The Spring Hill area has many golf courses that are as challenging as they are beautiful. Horseback rides are available to take you through the gorgeous backcountry. Fishing guides will take you to some of the best freshwater fishing spots in the state. To the west of Spring Hill are Little Pine Island and the Gulf of Mexico. There are many great places here for kayaking and canoeing. There is a good chance that you will see a manatee and many more types of marine life in the county’s many rivers and coastal inlets. Spring Hill is also just close enough to Walt Disney World and Orlando that you can visit the area with about a 75mile drive. The relaxation and laid back feel that Spring Hill provides after a full day of fun makes this a great Florida vacation. The Tampa International Airport (TPA, 45) and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE, 50miles) are the closest airports to Spring Hill.
