Zephyrhills is located about 30 miles northeast from the center of Tampa, Florida. This wonderful community is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the big Florida attractions but you don’t want to be in the middle of “Tourist Town, USA.” In Zephyrhills you will enjoy the wonderful Florida countryside. Horseback rides, hiking and bicycling are popular activities here in this semi-rural town. Extreme sports lovers might already know the Zephyrhills area due to the great skydiving facilities here. If that isn’t enough, just 60 miles east of Zephyrhills you will find Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and Orlando. After a full day exploring the area and going to these big attractions, you will be happy to be back in Zephyrhills where you can relax and enjoy the warm breeze off the Gulf of Mexico’s waters.
