Vacation Rental Description

2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo 2 blocks from IMG/Bolleterri Academy. Harbor Pines. Fully furnished. Tile floors, washer and dryer, ironing board/iron, cable tv, Condo association has tennis court, and pool. There are 3 different condos. 1 on 1st floor and 2 on 2nd floor. No elevator for second floor condo. 2nd Floor balcony overlooks small pond. No fishing is allowed in small ponds. . All have same floor plans. All are non-smoking condos. 15 minutes to Beaches. 5 minutes to Sarasota Bay. 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota. Harbor Pines is a condominium complex with one parking space assigned to each unit, but there are plenty of guest parking spots as well. There are also 2 ponds with fountains between the 2 lines of condos and there is wildlife, turtles and birds. Open floor plan makes the 1049 square feet seem larger and the screened in back porch is cozy. There is a pool and there is a tennis court. El Conquistador Country Club is right across the street and unique restaurants and well known chains are minutes away, some within walking distance. Grocery stores also very close. Good location! Deposits should be paid in advance in U.S. Funds. Prefer check, but will accept credit cards.

Local Information

Bradenton, situated on the southern end of Tampa Bay, is the mainland community across the Sarasota Bay from Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island, and Longboat Key. Home to DeSoto National Memorial, which recreates the atmosphere of the period when Spanish explorer Hernando de Soto landed here in 1539, historic plantations, and the South Florida Museum Bradenton is rich with history. On your way to some of the least spoilt beaches in Florida, make sure you take time to study the unique architecture along the shore of Longboat Key. Ever see a manatee? Bradenton is home to the oldest manatee born in captivity, Snooty. Snooty was born in 1948 and is Manatee County’s official mascot. Watersports, golf, tennis, performing arts, biking and professional sports are all available in or within a short distance of Bradenton. Nearby airports include Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ, 5miles) and Tampa International Airport (TPA, 30 miles).
