Each of the rooms is well appointed with fine furnishings, fabrics and accessories. There are three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with one of these suites being a self-contained "lock-out" having both a separate and adjoining entrance. The two master suites have gracious king-size beds, and the middle bedroom has two double-size beds. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two and also a large entertainment center that has a TV and DVD player. Each of the bedrooms also has its own TV. The condo has free access to a wireless internet connection. All of the bedrooms, as well as the full-equipped kitchen and the dining and living rooms, have million dollar views of the Gulf through nine-foot sliding glass doors. For your added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer on the two-bedroom side and a small kitchenette in the lock-out.

Since the condominium has a self-contained lock-out, there are different options available to you when booking your vacation. You may book either the two-bedroom side or you may book all three bedrooms, which contain approximately 1617 square feet. During the spring and summer months, the entire three-bedroom condominium is booked together for no less than one-week stays beginning on Saturdays.

Surfside is unique in that it is one of few high-rise condominium buildings in Destin that boasts such amenities as an over-sized heated swimming pool, two large hot tubs, a kiddie pool, two saunas, restaurant, tiki hut (seasonal),tennis courts, fitness room, basketball court, barbecue grills, private sky-walk with several picnic benches, a massage therapist and personal trainer on call, hair and nail salon, covered parking, on-site security, air-conditioned interior corridors leading to each suite, free wireless internet, backs up to the Seascape golf course, and also fronts the Gulf of Mexico on Old Scenic 98. These amenities, the many amenities in the Destin/Fort Walton area which include fabulous restaurants, several upscale and outlet malls, endless entertainment for children and the smiling faces of Surfside allow for a vacation not to be forgotten.
