I stayed in Anna Maria years ago but didnt remember it like this. It was nice before but you cant beat the location of this vacation condo. Right off the bat you can see it has been recently refurnished and is above and beyond vacation rental standards that I am accustomed to and I have high standards! We stayed for 2 weeks. We visited relatives in nearby Bradenton. They visited and absolutely loved the pool and fishing off the nearby pier. My nephew caught a 7 lb fish which we grilled on the gas grill. What a feast! We spent most of our 2 weeks at the beach which they say is rated in the top 5 in the country according to the Travel Channel. I could see that.
At nights we liked to just chill in the screened porch where you see lights way off in the distance on Sarasota Bay. We also loved to walk around the town to go for happy hour at several establishments. Our favorite is the Beach House. We also liked our walks to the Cafe On The Beach, the live entertainment was really great! We found time to go to Disney one day which was only about a 1 1/2 hour drive. We also went to Busch Gardens just 50 minutes away. We bought tickets which are good all year. Now we have an excuse to come back. Everything was great. The owner was friendly, pool was big enough to swim my laps in the mornings. I'm a clean freak and even I had no problems with any part of this condo. SPOTLESS!Overall it was a relaxing yet active getaway. I will be back for sure, The ad says sleeps 4 but we had a visitor who said the couch was more comfortable than his bed at home! We noticed the owners have extra blankets for just such vitits. My ratings for this vacation condo is unquestionably 5 Stars, A+++, Exceptional!

The condo resort was top quality. The rooms were very neat and decorated tastefully. The owners were great and had great customer service skills. They are the best and such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back. We have stayed at other condos on Anna Maria that claimed to be clean and have nice ammenities but we have found most of what they claim is exagerated, this is the first property that is truly better than described. The condo was so clean you could eat off the floors. We loved that the condo was located right dab in the middle of the island and all the activities, yet just a very short walk to the beach. We walked just across street to restaurants, grocery store, drug store, and beach. We used the free trolley at conveniently trolley stop near condo. It was fun and it took us everywhere we needed to go on the island. We loved going to each end of the island by trolley to Rotten Ralphs restuarant on the Pier on one end and Coquina Beach on the other. Our favorite experience was using the heated pool that had to be around 80 degrees in January! Other owners have charged us for pool heat, NOT HERE. We also absolutely loved the tranquility of the screened lanai in condo looking down at the Bay and wonderful mangrove Preserve and meandering mangrove bayou. We did not want to leave and now count the days until we return.

Simply, this is the best vacation value we have experienced on beautiful Anna Maria Island Holmes Beach! We speak from experience, this is our 8th vacation on Anna Maria Island. The location is great within easy access to free transportation, quick walk to the beach, the owners are exceptional, the rooms are FABULOUS and comfortable... I would most definitely stay here again! Not a trendy or hyped up place, rather a classic Florida vacation rental, that leaves you with a true getaway experience... A real treasure!

Hi - I just wanted to let you know how much fun our family had at Anna Maria Island. We all loved your place. The location was better than we could have imagined being so close to the beach and to all the neat shops. Besides relaxing at the beach as often as we could, we also found time to explore the island, made easy and by the trolley service! This was the first time in our lives that we had someone drive us whereever we wanted for nothing! The first time on trolley we thought the driver was kidding when he said "no charge". It took us to great places to eat like the Rod & Reel Pier. With all the money we saved on gas we splurged and went horseback riding on the beach nearby & parasailing. We fished off the pier at "Rotten Ralph's and even caught 1 nice fish off the wooden bridge in the nature preserve in front of your condo. We saw three dolphins in the bay while fishing. It was also low tide one night and the kids explored the bay and found starfish and crabs. I'm so glad we discovered your place on Anna Maria Island and look forward to visiting again next year. Cafe on the beach and daily entertainment. Souvenir shop. Watch dolphins swim close to shore. When you see why NY Times rates this beach top 10 in the USA you may never want to leave!
Explore Desoto National Park. Walk the trails that Desoto walked and see why he didn't want to leave this area to return back to Spain.
