| Luxury 4 bedroom villa only 10 minutes drive from Disney. Own electrically heated pool.Situated on a site called Bentley Oaks, a small community of only 100 homes, the villa is built on a 1/4 acre of land and backs on to a natural area therefore the pool is not overlooked and the villa is very private and peaceful. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a t.v. with cable and ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds in each. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Therefore the villa sleeps 10 in comfort. The kitchen has a range of modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with built in icemaker etc. There is also a family size washer and dryer in the garage. The family room has a t.v. with cable, DVD/video recorder stereo with c.d. player.There is also a playstation 2 with a selection of games. Only 2 minutes drive away is Champions Gate, which has 2 brand new 18 hole golf courses. Here there is also a supermarket and shops and restaurants. Disney is a 10 minute drive away and Universal studios is about 25 minutes away as is Orlando International airport.

Less than 20 minutes away from Disney World and about 25 miles southwest of Orlando is the small community of Davenport. This town is in a perfect location for vacationers to be close to the big Florida attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Orlando. However, it is also just far enough away that you do not feel as though you are in the commercial tourism corridor. Home to several golf courses, shopping centers, and fine dining establishments Davenport also has many great amenities for you to enjoy in town without having to travel. If you decide to take a trip, consider visiting some of the less populated attractions in the area such as Discovery Cove, where you can swim all day with stingrays and tropical fish. They also offer up close visits with dolphins and have a bird sanctuary, which you can swim through. There are also many lakes near Davenport, which provide wonderful fishing excursions and relaxing canoe rides. With so much to do in and around Davenport you will have to vacation here twice just to see and do it all. Orlando International Airport (MCO, 25miles) serves as the nearest airport to Davenport.
