Vacation Rental Description

This fabulous duplex is located on Hickory Blvd. directly across the street from Bonita Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in southwest Florida! We are conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, approximately 20 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport. For those familiar with Bonita Beach, we are approximately one mile north of “Doc’s Beach House”. Each unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in lanai and large roof deck. Each unit has a spacious living/dining room with a queen-size sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen with serving bar, large closets, central heat and air, microwave, and washer/dryer and one car garage. Each unit sleeps four to six comfortably. Our private deeded beach access is directly across the street from duplex - less than a minute to the Gulf waters. There is a private dock behind the duplex, great for fishing, or boating. Wireless High Speed Internet.

Along the Gulf of Mexico, approximately 10 miles north of Naples, Florida, you will find Bonita Beach, which belongs to Bonita Springs. Fishing enthusiasts will feel especially at home here with many freshwater and deep sea fishing opportunities. Rent a boat yourself or charter a boat and guide to help you land the “big one.” Inland waters provide the perfect place to take a fan boat tour. For those of us who like the land beneath our feet enjoy a day at the nearby Naples Zoo or playing 18 holes on a championship golf course. Just a day trip away and you can find yourself deep in the heart of the Everglades National Park or Big Cypress National Preserve. Let’s not forget about Bonita Beach either!
