The Sand Dollar, facing the Majestic Atlantic Ocean, is a quiet, family building with a heated Pool, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, 2 Saunas and Exercise Room. Newly remodeled unit 905 has a high, panoramic view of both the ocean and the Intracoastal (river). So you will be able to have morning coffee on the balcony at sunrise, and cocktails in the evening with sunset. The master bedroom and living room are ocean view. The guest room is Intracoastal (river) view. The perfect place for a wonderful beach vacation!

Unit 905 comfortably sleeps 6 people. The Master Bedroom, which opens onto the Balcony, has a (top-of-the-line Serta Marvelous Sleep, pillow-top mattress) King-sized bed and its own private bathroom. The Guest Room has two extra-long twins, which can be made into a king if you wish. In the Living Room, are two leather sofas, and one has a Queen-sized sleeper bed. The Guest Room and the Living Room share the other full-sized bathroom. Private TV in each bedroom.

The Living Room and Dining area open onto a spacious private Balcony. There is a fully-equipped Kitchen with all full-sized appliances, full-sized, private Washer and Drier, Hair dryers in both bathrooms, 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, a DVD, and a Movie Library.

Secure Underground Parking for one vehicle. Beach Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more are available for your use.

Bedding, Sheets, Linens, and Towels (including Beach Towels) are included.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: 60 days or greater = full refund less 10% admin fee. After 60 days, the 20% downpayment is forfeited, unless we are able to re-rent the week.
