Description |
| The Indian River Plantation is a luxury resort community in the
heart of Florida's enticing Treasury Coast. Hutchinson Island
remains on of the last stretches of natural beach where nature
prevails. As a guest you can enjoy a wide range of facilities
including 18 hole, par 61 golf course, tennis, access to a deep
water marina, heated swimming pool, and playground and barbeque
area. The four diamond hotel Marriott is situated on the property as
well as several restaurants. Other facilities include a bank, retail
shops, a grocery store and a service station. The
Indian River Plantation is known as a clean, quiet and safe resort
with 24 hour security service. The condo is located on the second floor, only a minute away from
the beach. It includes 2 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated bathrooms
(marble)and is located with great privacy. The kitchen is also
completely and newly refurbished and has new appliances, including a
microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and an icemaker as well as
all other equipment. The wall-in utility room has a washer and
dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas. All the rooms have wooden floors
with the exception of entrance area and kitchen where tiles
have been applied. The condo has two TV's, DVD and VCR. All Linen
and towels are also provided.
The view from the screened porch is overlooking the golf course and
has a magnificent sunset in the evening. Just beside the two story
building you will find the private and secluded BBQ area. The condo
is air-conditioned, has ceiling fans, phone and a private parking
place.

off property include manatee observation tours, evening casino
cruises, turtle nesting tours, old ship diving, parasailing, live
theatre, cinemas, miniature golf, big game fishing, kayaking, sunset
cruises along the Indian River and Jet ski-ing. Just a short drive
to Walt Disney World, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Everglades and many
attractions in Miami, Palm Beach and Orlando.

Hutchinson Island is a 20-mile long island along Florida’s Treasure Coast. This island is famous for its beautiful white beaches, snorkeling sites, and fishing. The beaches here are spacious and generally have amenities such as showers and restrooms available. The nearby Jonathan Dickinson State Park also provides outdoor activities such as canoeing and hiking through its wildlife filled sanctuaries. Snorkelers and divers will find the many reefs and shipwrecks in the area fascinating and intriguing. Those that want to do a little fishing along the Treasure Coast will love the variety of charters available and the many fishing shops in the coastal towns. Hutchinson Island is also close to some of the larger cities such as Stuart and Fort Pierce, which will provide you with fine dining, shopping, golf courses, tennis courts and museums to explore. If you are in the area during the early summer months you might want to take a guided turtle walk along the Hutchinson Island beaches. On the north end of Hutchinson Island, in Fort Pierce, is the nearest airport, St. Lucie County International Airport (FPR). Another option is the Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) south of the island in West Palm Beach.
