We've made some exciting changes and upgrades including:

* Solid surface kitchen countertops, current appliances, roll-under height-adjustable sink and wheelchair friendly refrigerator.
* Beautiful new recessed can lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms.
* 300 thread-count cotton sheets in both bedrooms - so soft and luxurious!
One thing we DIDN'T change is our SPECTACULAR 12th floor view! We are on the east side of the building so we have NO buildings obstructing our ocean view. Enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean from every room in the condo. Relax out on the private 8' x 28' balcony (which opens from both bedrooms, living room, and kitchen) and gaze down the southeastern Gulf Coast shoreline all the way to Panama City!
The huge master bedroom includes a flat screen TV/DVD combo, ipod dock/alarm clock, walk-in lighted closet, a separate locked equipment/storage closet for handicapped user access, dressing area, vanity table, and large master bath with tiled roll-in shower and roll-under sink. A washer and dryer is in master bath. The second bedroom has two double beds with large closet and bathroom with tub/shower combo. It also has a 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom can be locked out and has its own entrance.
The living room couch opens into a queen-size bed. Ipod/Stereo/CD system, awesome 42" high def TV,and Blu Ray DVD player all in living room for entertainment. Dining room has mirrored walls which give a great view of the beach from all seats. The fully-equipped kitchen has current appliances, a roll-under height adjustable sink, refrigerator with freezer on bottom for easy wheelchair access, and everything you will need for cooking and/or entertaining.
Surfside's lobby and hallways have recently been remodeled with beautiful new flooring and decor. Pool area features a large heated pool and deck area, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a Tiki bar, and a pool house with showers and sauna. Cross over the ramped skybridge from the pool deck over to the Beach Tower and down to the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. (Ramp access from pool deck over to top level of beach tower but stair access from beach tower down to beach) Access ramp down to beach on street level.
Tennis under the lights, or basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard are all available above the parking garage. Golf next door at Seascape. Be sure to check out the Silver Sands Outlet Mall 1 mile from Surfside off of Old Scenic Hwy 98.
We offer FREE Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). Surfside offers FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection and a FITNESS room with gym equipment.
***Surfside Resort features "RICK'S CRAB TRAP" restaurant, "SURFSIDE SPA" (massages, facials, etc), and "SURFSIDE BEAUTY STUDIO" located on the 1st floor. Rick's also provides Tiki Hut food & beverage service on the pool deck and on the beach!
