Our 3 bed/2 bath (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and queen sleeper sofa in living room) corner luxury condo or our 2 bed/2 bath (1 king, 2 twins and sleeper sofa in living room)in the brand new popular Windsor Hills complex which is only 1 1/2 miles from Disney. Nicely decorated with all amenities and all new furnishings (October 2005), new kitchen appliances, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, 32" TV along with VCR/CD player in living room, 20" TV with DVD in master bedroom and also in guest bedroom , telephone with digital answering, a private screened lanai, a pack-n-play, high chair and stroller.
The main features include a massive multi million dollar clubhouse facility with an array of amenities including a multi mullion dollar club house community center complete with a large lagoon styled double olympic beach-entry heated swimming pool with water slide, toddler pool, fountains, waterfalls, 48 seat movie theatre, fitness center, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, video arcade, pool tables, sundry shop (convenience store) with video rentals.
The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, baseball, playground, barbecue areas, and even RV parking. Windsor Hills is located along Old Lake Wilson Road, adjacent to US 192 in Kissimmee’s tourist corridor. Located just two miles from I-4, Windsor Hills is just minutes from Walt Disney World, Downtown Disney, and several outlet shopping malls.

The Disney Area, located just 23 miles west of Orlando, is home to some of Florida’s biggest attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Sea World. Walt Disney World is comprised of 4 major theme parks and dozens of smaller attractions. Universal Orlando has been expanding and now houses two theme parks of its own. Owned by Anheuser-Busch, SeaWorld is a separate experience all its own. And the new addition of nearby Discovery Cove offers swimming with dolphins and snorkeling with tropical fish. If you are planning on going to Disney World, be sure to stop by Epcot’s World Showcase and test out the fine dining and shows from around the world. On the other hand, if you are looking for something to do outside of Disney, Gatorland in nearby Kissimmee or Orlando’s Wet ’n Wild parks might be just what you need. An hour east from the Disney Area you will find Cape Canaveral, home to the Kennedy Space Center and some of the finest beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. The Disney Area also has sporting activities such as horseback riding, golfing, tennis, bicycling, and boating. With so much to do, make sure you plan out your vacation so you are not overwhelmed. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located about 20 miles away from the Disney Area.
