| Chateau La Mer II Unit 303. Located off of Scenic Gulf Drive on 5 secluded acres across from 230 feet of private sugar white beach with emerald water. Our Condo is fully equipped and has free high speed Internet access. Recently we installed Bamboo hardwood floors, 32" HD LCD TV's, New paint and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. And a BIG 42"HD LCD/LED TV w/blue-ray player. Very NICE!!
In the Master bedroom you will find a king size bed, digital clock radio, telephone/answering machine, 32" LCD/LED TV and private full bathroom.
In the Guest Bedroom, two queen beds, digital clock radio, 32" LCD/LED TV.
The Living room has a 42" LCD/LED TV, Blue-ray player. FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET IN THE CONDO.
Free High Speed Wireless internet in the Club House-Pool area. In addition, the resort has a heated pool, Gazebo, tennis court(recent refinish), club house (with computer), childrens playground (swings, slide, etc), basketball goal, picnic tables and BBQ grills and Picnic tables next to the Condo.
The condo is approximately 100 yards from our private beach. No need to visit public beaches. We even offer "Setups" that include chairs and umbrella for two.

Condo rental policies beyond our control do not allow us to rent to vacationing students or adults under 25 unaccompanied by parents. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to forfeiture of deposit and denial of entry. "Thank you for understanding"
Our Rental Policies: ( All rental units are individually and privately owned.) Check-In time: After 3 P.M. CST Check-Out time: By 10 A.M. CST We ask that our guests comply with all rules and regulations. Maximum 6+ Guest Per Unit Unit 303 - No Pets - No Smoking To guarantee reservations, a $250 deposit will need to be received within 4 days of making contact/reservations . This is not applied to the rental price, but will be returned within 7 days of departure, providing all rental conditions are met.(normally not a problem) Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date, for deposit refund. All reservations require full payment 30 days prior to arrival date or the reservations will be canceled. Linens and towels provided are for condo use only please do not take them to the beach or pool. Sorry - NO PETS are allowed in the rental units or within the Association Complex. When using the pool please observe the posted rules. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Resting on a peninsula with the beautiful Choctawwhatchee Bay on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, is the charming community of Destin. Proclaimed as the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village,” Destin is a fisherman’s dream destination. The town boasts the largest charter boat fleet in the state comprised of more than 140 vessels. Amidst the quickly developing area is Henderson Beach State Park just east of Destin Harbor on U.S. 98. This park has one and a half miles of beach complete with restrooms, showers, picnic facilities, and even allows pets (keep your pet on a leash at all times). There are also restaurants just outside the park’s western boundaries. Other activities available in the area include golfing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and assorted water sports such as Wave Runners, jet boats, and parasailing. For a unique shopping experience, try the Silver Sands Factory Stores on U.S. 98 just between Destin and Sandestin. Shops here include Liz Claiborne, J. Crew, Bose electrics and many more. After a full day on the beach unwind at one of Destin’s exceptional seafood restaurants. Enjoy your vacation on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Hurlburt Field (HRT, 10miles) is the closest airport to Destin in nearby Mary Esther. The Bob Sikes Airport (CEW, 25miles) and the Pensacola Regional Airport (PNS, 60miles) are other options for those who want to fly in close to Destin.
