| This 2BR/2BA unit at Shoreline Towers is an oversized 1425 square foot...a beautiful Gulf View condo. This is one of our 3 personal condos that we own in the Destin area. Shoreline Towers is a private (24 hour security) complex with one of the largest private beaches in Destin with NO streets to cross. Shoreline Towers features tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse, exercise room, with beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping and great restaurants are within easy walking distance.
No crossing busy Highway 98 to get to the beach --- your condo is on the Gulf in the main tower! Take a dip in the heated pool, stroll on the beach, play a game of tennis, or walk to one of the restaurants or family attractions - no matter what you do, you are bound to have fun.
The bedrooms feature a king-size in the master and two full-size in the guest room. With the queen-size pull out couch, this condo sleeps six very comfortable.
Three TV's, two VCR's, DVD, and a cabinet full of games and puzzles are for those days when you've had too much sun.
Located on prized Gulfshore Drive in the Heart of Destin, just a short drive to a luxury outlet mall or Gulfarium, some of the finest golf courses in the south and definitely the best little fishing village with amusement parks and miniature golf make this area fun for everyone.
The 4th floor view from Tower 3 and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. Take the elevator to the bottom and step out on the whitest beaches and into the bluest of waters and one of the few beaches where you can see both a sunrise and a sunset over the water.

Resting on a peninsula with the beautiful Choctawwhatchee Bay on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, is the charming community of Destin. Proclaimed as the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village,” Destin is a fisherman’s dream destination. The town boasts the largest charter boat fleet in the state comprised of more than 140 vessels. Amidst the quickly developing area is Henderson Beach State Park just east of Destin Harbor on U.S. 98. This park has one and a half miles of beach complete with restrooms, showers, picnic facilities, and even allows pets (keep your pet on a leash at all times). There are also restaurants just outside the park’s western boundaries. Other activities available in the area include golfing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and assorted water sports such as Wave Runners, jet boats, and parasailing. For a unique shopping experience, try the Silver Sands Factory Stores on U.S. 98 just between Destin and Sandestin. Shops here include Liz Claiborne, J. Crew, Bose electrics and many more. After a full day on the beach unwind at one of Destin’s exceptional seafood restaurants. Enjoy your vacation on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Hurlburt Field (HRT, 10miles) is the closest airport to Destin in nearby Mary Esther. The Bob Sikes Airport (CEW, 25miles) and the Pensacola Regional Airport (PNS, 60miles) are other options for those who want to fly in close to Destin.
