Spring Run at The Brooks is a lovely gated Country Club Community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72, professionally designed with five tees available for all levels of players. Non-smoking first floor professionally decorated unit with an outstanding view overlooking the fourth fairway includes ALL the amenities you would expect from a golf community residence. The living area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the water and fairway. Queen leather sofa sleeper in the living area. Wireless high speed internet! The master bedroom which also overlooks the water and fairway, has a luxurious king bed located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds, located in the front of the unit. Each bedroom has a new Plasma TV. Wireless high speed internet! Very private unit (no golf cart path). Enjoy the pool which is very close to the unit (approx. 100 ft), along with several tennis courts and an exercise room and private country club. Completely transferrable membership for a small fee, entitles you to golf for cart fees or to use the other facilities at your leisure, including an aquatic driving range, putting green, and complete pro shop. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance using the Chelsea system or in person at the pro shop.
