TERMS of LEASE: Tenant will pay 1st month's rent and $1000 damage deposit in order to receive keys to the property. Damage deposit will not be cashed unless owner deems that damage was done to the unit. Owner has not cashed one damage deposit yet - if you take care of the property, your check will be returned. ONE WEEK rental minimum.
