| Welcome to Destin Florida. Pristine sugar-white beaches, great golf and tennis, plus Destin hospitality.
Relax in our two bedroom, two full bath, fully equipped, fully re-modeled ground floor condominium, located on the golf course in beautiful Seascape Resort. This is a first floor unit, no steps or elevators to deal with. Fully Remodeled in the winter of 2011 our condo embraces the tropical feel of Florida. There is an all new kitchen including cabinets, granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Tile floor in the kitchen and living area new carpet in the two bedrooms. The beds are new and comfortable featuring a king size in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The view from the two large sliding glass doors in the living and dining area is of the patio, the golf course and Walker Lake, Seascape's largest lake. There is a heated swimming pool about 75-100 feet from our front door. It also features a kiddie pool for the little ones.
Seascape is a complete resort community featuring gated security, three lakes, five swimming pools, eight tennis courts (six green rubico and two European red clay) an 18-hole par 71, intimate but challenging golf course and Seascapes own beach-front property.
Our condominium is located on the 15th hole. Just one half of a fairway from the beach. An easy walk. Seascape owns 2,000 feet of undeveloped snow-white beachfront property. Enjoy a Pina Colada served from the only beach club in the area. Known as The Whales Tail, it is also a great spot for sitting outside on the large deck, eating breakfast and watching dolphin swim in the emerald blue-green waters of the gulf. Don't feel like going out? Barbecue your catch of the day on your patio overlooking the golf course.
Shopping is a mile down the road at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall which features over 100 designer-name stores. Nearby restaurants are plentiful.
A wonderful place for families or a group of friends, there is no better condo value in Destin. This is a NO SMOKING unit.

Resting on a peninsula with the beautiful Choctawwhatchee Bay on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, is the charming community of Destin. Proclaimed as the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village,” Destin is a fisherman’s dream destination. The town boasts the largest charter boat fleet in the state comprised of more than 140 vessels. Amidst the quickly developing area is Henderson Beach State Park just east of Destin Harbor on U.S. 98. This park has one and a half miles of beach complete with restrooms, showers, picnic facilities, and even allows pets (keep your pet on a leash at all times). There are also restaurants just outside the park’s western boundaries. Other activities available in the area include golfing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and assorted water sports such as Wave Runners, jet boats, and parasailing. For a unique shopping experience, try the Silver Sands Factory Stores on U.S. 98 just between Destin and Sandestin. Shops here include Liz Claiborne, J. Crew, Bose electrics and many more. After a full day on the beach unwind at one of Destin’s exceptional seafood restaurants. Enjoy your vacation on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Hurlburt Field (HRT, 10miles) is the closest airport to Destin in nearby Mary Esther. The Bob Sikes Airport (CEW, 25miles) and the Pensacola Regional Airport (PNS, 60miles) are other options for those who want to fly in close to Destin.
