SUSAN'S VILLAS OF EDGEWATER,LLC This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit has just been renotaved with a new kitchen (cabinets and quartz counters), over-range microwave, new appliances, new flooring throughout the villa, new bathrooms with a large tiled walk-in shower, all new upscaled linens. All furniture 1 year or less. HDTV with expanded service and HBO in LR. Wall mounted cable TV's is bedrooms. Relax and enjoy this spacious and elegantly furnished two bedroom villa located on the gorgeous executive par three golf course at Edgewater Beach Resort. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and is ideal for a gourmet meal or light snack. A king-size bed, two queen-size, two full baths, three TVs cable, VCR, 2DVD, high speed dial-up internet, WiFi connection is available. A patio overlooking the golf course's beautiful eighth island hole is delightful for having your morning coffee, or if you prefer, you can even have room-service in your villa.

The villa is very close to the private pedestrian walkway to the beach, or if you are toting small children and equipment, why not take the resort's private tram which comes by every few minutes. If you prefer to stay at the villa, there is a pool (often empty)within steps of the unit. Teens are safe at the beach and lagoon pool, while small children can play outside in the grass while you keep an eye on them from both the inside and the patio. The resort is completely fenced and gated with 24/7 security. The amenities include an executive par three golf course, 12 Plexicushion tennis courts (six lighted for night play), pro shop, complete workout facility, aerobic room, extensive spa services, three hot tubs, Pizza Hut, Oceans restaurant for an elegant dinner or breakfast and lunch on the terrace overlooking the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The famous Polynesian style Lagoon Pool is an 11,000 square ft free-form pool with landscaped islands and several water falls. Several restaurants, movie theatre, Publix, shopping, roller rink, bowling and miniature golf are within walking distance of the resort. For our winter guests, the resort offers many activities including golf scrambles, water aerobics, bridge, aerobics, potlucks, etc. Many winter guests meet at Edgewater and look forward to returning year after year.
