| LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FOR MARCH AND APRIL! Almost new, beautifully decorated Laredo Ranch home conveniently located in the Village of Duval, close to the pool and many golf courses. Just a 10 minute golf cart ride to the Sumter Landing Town Square for shopping, movies, dancing, entertainment and a wonderful array of restaurants. Close proximity to Mallory Hill Country Club, Havana Country Club and Cane Garden Country Club. Near the beautiful new golf courses and rec centers.
Master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV. (The layout is such that it is like having two master suites.) The spacious living room has a TV and a DVD/VCR player. There is a gorgeous screened lanai. There are vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes, and linens are provided. There is a garage to accomodate your vehicle along with the golf cart that is included with this unit. A washer and dryer are included.
During your stay you will enjoy unlimited free long-distance calling, free internet access, cable TV, and a daily newspaper to keep you up on all the activities of the area.
The Villages, Florida's friendliest hometown boasts 20 Executive courses and 8 Championship courses as well as family, sport and adult pools located throughout the villages. An optional on-time fee of $50 (payable to The Villages) will entitle you to the sames privliges as an owner (Executive golf is free and Championship course charge a nominal fee.) Take advantage of all The Villages has to offer with tennis, swimming, bocci ball, pickle ball, billards, shuffleboard and hundreds of other sporting, hobby and educational activites.
