| Due to the tough economy we've decided to offer FREE POOL HEATING FOR THE 2011/2012 POOL HEATING SEASON! This very reasonable "family rate" we call our VACATIONER'S TOUGH-ECONOMY PRICING PACKAGE. Including pool heating, our "low season" rates will now be only $99/night, our "mid-season" rates will now be only $119/night, and our "high season" rates will now be only $129/night. Please note that our normal low-season rate, without pool heating, is $119.00/night while our mid-season rate is $129/night and our high season nights are $139/night. Also normaly, all rates are plus pool heating, when applicable, at $140/per week so this represents a $40/night savings! Don't forget the exit cleaning fee at $90 for all stays less than 7 nights and state and local taxes are 11% of the total rent. All weeks are rented on a first come, first serve basis and no time periods are held for anyone without a $500 booking fee. Owner reserves the right to increase pricing at any time without notice. We suggest that you book as early as possible to insure your desired dates.
Disney's Princess Palace is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath, heated-pool vacation rental home. We are situated in the Clear Creek subdivision immediately east off of Highway 27 & just 2 miles north of Highway 192.

Situated in southern Lake County and approximately 20 miles from the outskirts of Orlando is the city of Clermont. Clermont’s nickname, “Gem of the Hills,” comes from a combination of the rolling terrain around the city and the 11 lake chain that extends from the city. These lakes offer some of the best fishing in the state, and are home to many freshwater species such as bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. If you want to get a better view of this gorgeous countryside head to the Citrus Tower Centre; there you will find an observation deck 225 feet above ground. Another local attraction is the Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards. Lakeridge is Florida’s largest premium winery offering an extensive sampling room, gift shop, and history of the area which was once the center of Florida’s grape industry. There is also a championship golf course in town overlooking Lake Minneola. If you can’t find enough to do here, remember that Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are only about 15 miles away. Orlando International Airport (MCO, 30miles) is the closest airport to Clermont.
