In-suite laundry as well as wireless Internet keep the chores at bay.

Adjacent unit #423 and two more on the same floor (#424 and #425) can be rented in a block should you have a large group or destination wedding. While very friendly to families, you’ll find this is a very quiet resort. Enjoy absolute peace and quiet while relaxing at home, or out on your ocean-front patio.

Cinnamon Beach 422’s location is another bonus - you’re on the doorstep to everything within the resort, including its private beach access and two pools. The many enticements of nearby St. Augustine add further appeal, as does the quick 2-hour drive to Disney World if that’s a must-see while in Florida. This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 422 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 4, second floor. We also manage unit 423 (next door), and 424 & 425 which are on the same floor.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.

The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. It is one of the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts eight holes overlooking the Atlantic.

It is Florida’s first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a pleasure for players of all levels.

The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake.

The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean.

There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Historic and charming St. Augustine is only twenty minutes away, and boasts great historic sites, charming shops, art galleries, and great places to eat.

Water sports abound in the area, including surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, water skiing, boating, kayaking, fresh water fishing, surf fishing, and deep sea fishing. Lots of folks just like to go down to the beach, relax and listen to the waves. Just a few minutes north, drive on to the beach and go for miles.

There are nearby state parks to bike or walk in, with fishing, an ornamental garden, nature walks, and even the ruins of an old plantation.

St. Augustine Florida is only 20 minutes away by car.

Area: Beach house is located near the charming town of Flagler Beach which includes a grocery store and a couple of local seafood restaurants on the bay.
