The pool has an electric heatpump and is enclosed in a pool cage off of the lanai with a view of the dock and canal. The bedrooms are carpeted. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The queen and twin rooms share a hall bathroom between them on the opposite side of the house from the master (a Florida split style). There is a comfortable living room with large TV, a sitting area off of the eating area and kitchen. High speed internet is included. The lanai and pool deck also offer outdoor seating and dining and lounging options

. There are many shopping venues within a reasonable driving distance including the new fantastic outdoor mall in Bonita Springs with movies and many restaurants. Be sure to visit by car or boat, Rum Runners waterfront restaurant right in Cape Coral. Relax and dine in a resort-like setting.
